We produce and deliver automotive seating for all major OEMs. Perform other duties deemed necessary by the Quality Engineer/Manager gerĪdient is a global leader in automotive seating. Perform all roles & responsibilities as defined by the BOS policies & procedures. Communicate with team members and supervision on all issues, concerns, updates, etc. Comply with company and departmental rules, policies and practices. Be a self - starter to complete all work orders in a timely manner. Participate in Quality Planning meetings when required. Participate in Gage R & R studies on lab equipment. Participate in ISO 16949 & A2LA (ISO 17025) system improvement activities, including but not limited to audits and Proficiency Testing. Maintain sample and test fixture inventories. Maintain 5S and housekeeping in the lab area daily. Update testing matrix daily to note completed testing. Monitor and ensure testing is performed within Temperature and Humidity control.
Maintain, control, and ensure accuracy of test data. Perform physical property testing within corporate polyurethane quality lab according to the customer standardized documents. Read and understand all customer standardized test method documents.
